Consultations on urban planning – the biggest challenges

When residents don’t see real changes or don’t receive quickly information about the outcomes of consultations, they feel left out. The lack of efficiency and transparency leads to declining trust and engagement in future consultations, and over time it can deepen frustration and distance from public institutions.
