Public consultations and green spaces – key challenges
Effective planning of parks, squares, community forests, and other green areas requires both expert knowledge and reliable data, as well as broad public engagement. However, collecting opinions from diverse groups especially those who are less active or time-constrained remains a challenge.
Precise spatial referencing of expectations is crucial. Without indicating specific locations it is difficult to identify real needs related to green spaces.
Once opinions have been collected, another challenge arises: analyzing the data and presenting the results in a clear and accessible way.
